Client crash in cities

I've decided to give the whole free UO thing a try a gain and wanted to play with RunUO.

I've got a Windows 7 Pro. SP1, Atom D510MO, 4GB, 500GB system as the server (and client at the moment also).

I've set up the server and it launches, I can connect to the server, I have been able to move around in the world. However, once I got into a city with vendors & doors, the client would crash.

Client/Server version: 7.0.35.1 (Latest)

Any ideas?

At this point, I'm stuck in moonglow with my admin account/character because every time I log in, it crashes.

I have also tested this with another client machine with the same version. The new client test machine is an i7 4700QM, 12GB, 240GB SSD system so it's not a spec issue of handling the incoming item/npc load.

You have any seeker of adventure around in your city?

First, try to create a new char, bring your old char, log off, and login in your old char, then
try to do "[global interface where peasant", it can happen that: eg: a peasant has 2 pairs of pants, etc.
Try to move one to you, and if it stills happen it is why it do that.

If it is the problem then you will have to look i think in baseescortable to remove the clothing equipment lines, every seeker of adventure, peasant, etc already have such thing in their scripts, which does conflicts from the player view.

I retrieved the character, and tried the [global interface where peasant option, however it did not find any objects with that command. So I'm guessing that is not my problem.

Well, there are many types of escortables: seekerofadventure, noble, BrideGroom, EscortableMage, Merchant, Messenger, Peasant.

Hello,

I am running into the same issue :(. It seems to happen in any city where there is a vendor. I do have default scripts, nothing is custom.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thank you,
Andrei.

when you crash are you able to log back in with no problem?
if you can do [viewequip on some vendors around where you crashed and verify if they have extra clothings.

Mine does that no matter where I go to...If I go to our staff house, my client crashes, if I got to brit, my client crashes, sometimes if I go to GA my client crashes. It does it in places where there are no NPC's at all. Its only Owner account that it happens to. Not my player.
