"Crystal" and "Shadow" houses...

Searched all over the place, but couldn't find anything...

How does one go about enabling the Crystal and Shadow ML foundations/walls/etc.?

I know someone has done it already because I saw a thread about it a while ago... I just can't find the thread

Help/clues would be appreciated.
