{add help adding a certain item

i was wondering i am trying to add a powerscroll in game 7to the value of 110 and a stst scroll +20 i have tried [add powerscroll 110 but not owrking it is asking to say it differantly i cant work it out hehe any help would be nice thanks

[add Powerscroll (skill name) (skill value) ie:
[add powerscroll blacksmith 110
