Adding Custom Files.

How do i add Custom stuff to a server? everyone say's add to your customs folder, Where is that or were do i make that folder?

My friend cant join, I see him connect then it Disconnect's him.

Any *.cs file added to Scripts folder will be handled by server. To separate RunUO distro files and custom ones people usually create Scripts/Custom folder and put their files there.
