All commands - "does not exist"

Hi all,
I have returned to UO after a nice long break, but now on
EVERY server version I try, any command returns the error
that it does not exist!!

'Command 'add' does not exist'
'Command 'set' does not exist'
'Command 'save' does not exist'

I am totally stumped! I even re-downloaded a fresh server, and
It still tells me that no commands exist!

Any help at all would be appreciated

Did you try using [add (needs the [ to work) and are you trying this one a staff account?

I have managed to resolve this problem - it turns out that my .net framework install had somehow been corrupted. After I re-installed them all, everything has been running perfectly
