Are you supposed to -- healing

Are you supposed to be able to heal hit points on someone that is poisoned with bandages if you don't have a high enough skill to try to cure them??

on OSI, no. You automatically try to combat the poison, which is a pain for low leveled healers

im not sure how this works here, but i think you should heal hitpoints even if u cant cure yet... ppl who have no other means of healing should have a chance against poison, at least by staying alive till it wears off.
