OMG, You guys are awsome, one HUGE problem though that I see right away, you need to place the bounds.bin file in C:\ then you can create accounts with uotd. I hope this helps. Thanks for the good, and fast work guys, I hope what I stated above helps.

Bounds.bin gets placed in the same dir as the RunUO.exe

Are you running through the shortcut generated by the installer?

I ment copy it and place it in your C:\ drive this fixes the issue, or atleast it fixes it with me, it even states it in the error that it gives, "C:\bound.bin is missing"
