Boat placement problem

I can't seem to get boat placement working using deeds using a very plain vanilla, out of the box install of runuo. Everything else about the server seems fine except players/GMs unable to place boats using deeds.

The error is always " A Ship cannot be created here ".

I have a basic install of Windows XP
Installed Runuo 2.2
Running Razor latest from this site
Have tried with client files on the runuo server of 7.0.28.0 Patch 95 and 4.0.11c Patch 0
Also have these same installs on the client system as well.

Have tried placing everywhere using GM... a variety of distances out into the water etc...always the same error. What other factors could be causing this problem on a basic install? Thanks!

Ok, figured it out. Changed

MultiComponentList.PostHSFormat = false; // OSI Client Patch 7.0.9.0

to false in mapdefinitions.cs

i'v got the same problem and MultiComponentList is already changed = false...
any ideas?

runuo 2.2
server client 7.0.15.1

.... when i changed server client to 6.0.1.10
evrything works fine...
but im not sure if its ok to have so low patch on my runuo 2.2 server.
