PrinceArda submitted a new resource:

Boots of Swiftness (version 1.0) - Boots that give a speed boost to players for a certain amount of time!

Swift Boots
This item gives players Mount speed when it is worn.

By default it can be activated only once a day, and will last for 1 minute. However, you can change these settings in the script by editing the configuration region:

Fyi the lagging part, mentioned by Otimpyre, is due to the occurrence accesslevel player has when given the inherit speedbuff.. It doesn't happen with higher (staff) accesslevels, counselor/gm etc, I believe it's an anti-speed hack implemented long ago from OSI.
