Cant connect Server

Having issue connecting to my friends server and vis versa (sent him copy my RunUO)
We both use these:
I have a router, RunUO 2, Razor, distro, Vista. we both can run our own private servers successfully.

alot people mention to Edit the ServerList.cs and edit the Private... bla bla, well I dont have private! I used

public static readonly string Address = "23...."; Does it make a diffrence? anyways We give each other our external IPs and try log on Razor... connecting... bla bla cant connect. Any advice?

did you fix your serverlist to make it your DNS ip?

what client version does he have and what version do you have

are you using runuo2.0 rc1 or rc2

you mentioned a router

did you forward your ports so he can connect?

1) yes, fixed serverlist
2) We both have same version 4.0... Pach(o) Mandancy Legacy
3)Runuo RC2
4-5) router Netgear already forwarded ports
