I really am starting to believe that its not actually broken, but more likely functions have been disabled somehow. It just seems that after all this time, someone out there wants this site to just die already.
I hope I am wrong, but if its the case, its definitely working.. I am actually very close to abandoning the site myself.
I'd thought about creating an alternative RUO site for people to go, and maybe even continuing some development where this place has left off..
but time and money are getting harder to come by for me to just throw away.
