When I test it with my test backup, I put the folders exactly where the maker of this script tells you to put it it seems very simple, but when I go to run it says many of the base creatures and mobiles are already present and then when I go through and delete the extra ones after I get rid of them it will say can't find what I just deleted.

I dont think you did the Merge part? Do you see the folder called Distros? You have to make those changes to your scripts. I just installed this on my Runuo 2.4 test setup and only errors i got was some Druid Regent all ready defined and that was becuase i had Dat99's OWL 3.1 addon with them already and just had to delete the Regent Pack folder to fix that error.
