Crash when I shutdown oder restart my server

I get the following error message when i restart my server or when i shutdown my server. Worldsave goes throught but after it the server crashes

Has anybody a solution what may it be and can help?

No idea but I had a problem with my old linix server wich could not restart and crashed which in never fixed either.
