Creating player accounts

Hey everyone,
I am an old RunUO user looking to play around with creating a new shard. Using the guides provided by the RunUO community I was able to set up my server and get it running without any trouble (Thanks for all the hard work that went into the guides!!).

The thing I am curious about and can't seem to find information on is how to create an account for another user that is going to be working with me on designing the shard. Can someone give me a bit of information on how to set that up?

One way (once he has an account)
[Admin ->accounts list ->search -> account ->change access level

or if he doesnt have an account and you want to create it
[Admin ->accounts list ->add ->search ->account ->change access level

Thanks a lot Duplex, I can't believe I missed that, for whatever reason I thought it had to be done via an accounts file in the RunUO folder. I apologize for the post but really appreciate the response!
