I made these for the carpeted stair set. As they didn't exist and limited the decorating uses for the set.
Note: Adding stairs requires edits to the tiledata.mul to make themwork properly .
Look at the flag info in uo_fiddler at other stair sets to figure out all the flags you need.
The flags are different for each stair.
