Custom map making question

Hello there;

I've been working on a custom map for some time now and i'm using Dragon and for statics Pandora's Box.
This is my map;


My question is about the statics. I cant do the water edges all manually it will take ages to place all of them everywhere.These ones.


So is there any program that i can use to place these authomaticaly?

Dragon comes with DragonSP, it is for statics (trees, water tiles, etc). Only use it 1 time though, cause it will not remove previously created statics...
