Does anyone know how to get to that secret area

Hey, I know my description was blank, "secret place", but the place I am trying to find is here. Anyone who has played UO on OSI servers, there was a way to get into a cool hidden town in the mountain. There were dragons and hard monsters in the caves on the way in, but it was cool. If anyone knows how to get into that location, please tell me. Thanks
