Editing Razor Hotkey Toggle System Text Color?

This is really bothering me a lot. I'd like to change the red text: "Hot Keys Enabled (Press..)" to green if possible by editing a file maybe? I'd like to do "Hot Keys Enabled" in green and to remove the (press....) part

Any idea? Would I need the source or maybe just hex editing or whatever?
