OS : win xp
CPU : athlon 2ghz
.Net : Both 1.1 And The SDK

wenever i try to run the client it fails and launches vs .net debugger. the only error i get is from that and it says

An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' occurred in Unknown Module.

Additional information: File or assembly name Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D, or one of its dependencies, was not found.


Does This jsut mean my directx is corrupt and i need to reinstall

It means you do not have the managed DirectX9 libraries. If you already have DirectX9 installed, try downloading and running this file: http://www.runuo.com/krrios/mdxredist.msi

the .NET SDK is not the framework. If you have just that installed get rid of it and install the actual frameowkr.

I have BOTH as i develope in vb.net and require the sdk
