Hardcore mode
Its funny to say, but I think it could make a few shards that are heavy PvP fun!
Make a swift change like HARDCORE 1 in the server scripts to allow people to play in "hardcore" mode. If you die by another player, that character is deleted. Sort of a real life type of thing.
Also, in hardcore, make a switch for no magery, and no guards, that way things get nasty!
