How can i start my own UO shard?

I can´t use razor to login at the offline server.
Ah, do u knew what i´ve to do to change it from an offline to an online server?

no such thing, all an "offline" server is with regards to runuo, is a shard that doesnt allow outside connections.

Connecting locally is done with the same methods as online.

It works now.
Do u mean other people can´t connect to it?

Ok. I added the port to the router.
But other people can´t connect to the server.
I´ve checked the windows firewall and knew it´s not the error.
I´d try to check the firewall of the router to turn it off. But I can´t disable it.
The router is an Eumex 300 IP.

You've got to make sure you forwarded all the ports required for Ultima Online client.

See PortForward.com - Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model to check which ports you need to fix and how to do it on your particular router.

Ok i´ve found some UO ports on it.
5001-5010, 7775-7777, 7875, 8800-8900, 9999
Should i add them all to me router?
All these ports from 8800 to 8900.

i started a shard and when i log on to run uo it says lenient kick what does that mean

hehe harmony its leoplurdon =] and lenient kick is when your client is too low patched for ur server your using. which is HIGHLY weird. since your server is based off your client patch :O
