How do you use 2.4?

I had 2.3 and tried to update to 2.4 and when I tried to boot up runou I just got a ton of errors in red letters. I deleted the whole thing and restarted with 2.3 but now it just crashes. Im using the latest client and I think thats why. Can someone like me to the right downloads or possibly a tutorial on how to get runuo runnning with 2.4?

I deleted all again untill I can gather enough info on how to correctly set up a shard. I dont know if its just me or if its alot harder than it looks. lol
