Okay, so I have used razor for a number of years and I don't recall ever having this problem before and I am not sure how to fix it! I have a tamer and occasionally when I hit my "all kill" macro it won't bring up a target! The animal will just immediately attack me. This also happens on a completely different character, my mage. I will go to cast on someone and it will cast the spell on me, no target. Please help!

This is the new joiners forum, shouldn't it be?
Maybe by accident you hit a key to do "target self" look in the macro hotkeys, you should see a "targets" tab, and also check if your UO options macros aren't interferring. (maybe it doesn't have to do with razor), just hit options on your paperdoll and check for any references to "self".
Also be sure to read the Razor section of the forums, may help a little.
