You made a region without adding any bounds to it and a save happened. This is a known bug with that script. When you add a new region controller, immediately add the region bounds

Either find in the script where its saving and breaking, or do a search on the forums, I'm sure its been covered. You might want to read over the script release thread to see if someone posted a fix for it.
