I need a little bit of help please

My RunUO wont open up, it says : The applicatio failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

You will need to download and install the appropriate .NET framework available from Microsoft
RunUO 1.0 requires at least .NET 1.1 and RunUO 2 requires at least .NET 2.0
