Is the gump problem being fixed?

When I use admin commands like [admin, [go, [add which pop gumps. It will cause a wierd characters messy gump. And I closed it, it won't appear again.

Has this problem been fixed? I've read these two threads but not sure which one will fix the problem.

As far as i know, all those have been fixed in the latest version on RunUO 2.0[RC2]

I followed those threads instructions or hints but still can't fix it. I've edited the Compression.cs script and fixed the problem on my server.

My server is on 64-bit Ubuntu Server 8.04.
