I am digging around trying to find information on Lower Requirements, in particular as a material bonus for Dull Copper and Gold. One place I was reading says, for weapons it changes both the Strength requirement and Weight of the weapon, by the same %.
Is there a good place to look to confirm the accuracy of this claim or is there a better place for my post? Thank you in advance.
