My razor is not working help please

Hello, I have tried everything I can think of to try and get razor working but it keeps freezing on the log in screen, not sure how to get frame work or what ever program up to show the code to help someone solve this problem I have, if you could help me get the code so I could can post it and then help me with the problem I would really appreciated it

Have the same problem.
All the stops on phase of "connecting" and nothing happens.
Windows 7 64bit
