NPC Flying System (Update one 2.2 and 2.3)

I did not make this all I did is Update it to work for 2.2 and 2.3
Look in to the Read Me.txt you need to Edit 2 files

This was released (updated by the original author) in the Script Library http://www.runuo.com/community/resources/ai_flying.33/ and it seems to work fine with 2.2 and 2.3
