NPC Movement and Direction
When an NPC cannot walk or is an area where it cannot move, it still changes direction. This shouldnt be.
This happens because the direction of a mobile is changed before it moves, then the movement is calculated, and sent back as a bad state, then it tries again. The problem is, with cantwalk enabled, they still change direction, but should only if they can make a successful move, or can swim (and visa-versa for sea creatures).
This is also per OSI.
