modded to work on RunUO 2.0 RC2 thanks to Lord Greywolf for help.

PowerScrolls. Modded to work in a linear fashion. To use a 105 you need 100 in that skill. to use a 110 you would need 105 in that skill, ect.....

you mean 230, 235, etc not 105, 110, etc - those would be powerscrolls

power scrolls or stat scroll?

he origionaly had stat scrolls in there, then changed it to the power scrolls to match correctly with the title

Im running on an orbs server and the powerscroll.cs is a little different here is a copy of it attached below in anyone can help with it
