Razor Beta 17 has been released, you can find it in the downloads section.
Razor Beta 17 (v0.1.17.*)
Razor is a FREE program. Unlike competing programs like UOAssist, Razor does not charge any money at all and provides even more features. Razor is now available on the regular OSI servers for unlimited accounts absolutely free. But Razor needs your help! Razor is now accepting donations over PayPal. UOAssist (a similar program, but for OSI servers only) costs $15 PER ACCOUNT while Razor is FREE for UNLIMITED ACCOUNTS. Your donation of $5 or $10 (or any amount!) is LESS than you would pay for a similar program! Donations are greatly appreciated and will help ensure that the developers continue to improve and maintain this fine product.

Additions:
-Razor will now set the UO window to the foreground when an RPV begins playing.
-Double clicking an RPV file in windows will now open it in razor (if razor is running)
-WaitForGump actions can now be changed to old-style "WaitForGump #" actions by right clicking them and using the context menu. Note that WaitForGump actions will have to be re-recorded to use this feature. WaitForGump actions will still default to "WaitForGump ANY".
-Friends Agent : Adding characters to this Agent will cause them to never be Targeted by a "Target Random ___" EXCEPT by Target Random Friendly.
-Treat Party Members as 'Friends' (More Options Tab) : Checking this box will treat anyone in your party as though they are in the Friends Agent without you having to manually add/remove them.
-Check out the 'UO:Rebirth' shard at www.uorebirth.com, it is a perfect replica of OSI before the T2A expantion. (Sorry, Shameless plug
Fixes:
-Macro Drag actions should be a little more reliable now, and Macro Equip actions should be working again.
-Counter Warnings should be a little less spammy now.
-Sell Agent will properly count stackable items towards the MaxSell limit. Sell Agent will no longer EVER sell over the maxsell limit. Note: You can change MaxSell by editing the value in your Profile.xml file.
-PacketVideo will now correctly handle logging out while recording/playing
-Setting Skill Locks on the skill tab will now work correctly for any/all of them
-Restock agent will now remember it's HotBag
-A few more error messages to alert you of client problems.
