I have read people with UOSALoader can use that client with the actual RunUO 2.0. Keep in mind, though, it's not supported by RunUO and in some shards (like the UOGamers one) can result in a permanent ban.

Read at Peoharen's Orbsydia project, even if it's in an early development/testing stage it's always a good start
