Hello I have just set up my server and have been spawning items like trash barrels and forges but the items do not show up when I log into a non admin account.

Can you explain in more detail, how you 'spawn' these items, and how you are going about logout and login with non admin char?

Are you closing RunUO and rebooting it when you login your non admin character maybe?
