Returning... What's changed?

So I did this back in '06 or so.... Getting back into it.

What's involved to setup a server now? What's supported? I think the last version I was in was 2.0 RC1.

Sorry for double post. But advice on a server. Windows server '08 or' 12 work good? Preference?

Nothing really changed. As far as I understand RunUO supports the latest patches.
