Its simple. The question is the title of post. I can made a server with HS features with runuo 2.3?
And the last version of the clasic client support?

You can create a HS server with RunUO 2.3, most of the features, if not all, will be handled by 2.3, however, you may not be able to run the latest classic client patch, since there are some packet changes. I recommend you to use RunUO 2.4, it can handle the latest classic client patch with no problems.

RunUO 2.4 support HS but does not have any of its content

I did not know of the existence of a RunUO 2.4.
This version is like 2.3 but supporting the latest version of the classic client?
Some time that I'm retired RunUO scene and try to catch up ago. Thanks for the help.
