Script Submission Request anti-gear

hi;eVERYONE
I'm new admin of Utopias(shard out next sum)..and i have a problem...
when i played at UOD ,,there are people which use Gear program (for speed up the pg,stamina) And this problem Gave on the pg...flame,discussions,and pg which go out..from the shard..
I Don't wont this on my shard...,please help me.., give me the script...

Gear doesnt work, nor does PG|DE or whatever the hell its called. Thats granted as long as you have the movement packet throttling enabled.

There shouldn't be a way around it considering gear, and PG|DE were made 5 years ago
