Well in every shard there is places for the staff members or the council meet i created a similar structure to someone's else such like a senato in roman express.

I'm not flaming, but the area isn't very useful for staff area, its very closed in.
and I noticed you built the foundation, have you used orbserver? you can build a custom building with one click (with or without the foundation) and extract it.

Well for some people it's ideal place it's your matter if you want modify the script en enlarge the area..
