K I hate hearing the sounds of monsters and casting n shit... I triend . Sound off and nothing.... help!!!

If you are still having this problem go to your temp file
located within your user file ussally hiden and find sallos. once in sallos go into the uo folder, then right click on config. open with notepad, find sound and replace true with false.
