You need to upload your pic to a webspace. Linking from your hard drive won't work.

You can get an app to make your pc a web server or buy a .com, org, dev or whatever and webhost space.

Or ask some one to host the pic for you and give you the link.

Well, I would say to get a free account at like Geocities or something, but they don't allow linking images...either someone on the forums could suggest a website provider you could use, or I could do a little bit of checking.

I haven't a clue which webspaces allow remote linking, so...

There's quite a lot of free webhosts there. Pick one, and maybe they allow it.

You can try making your pc into a web server. zdnet has plenty of applications to pick from.
