The Easy Way to Solo Champ Spawns

All you need is a character with the following template to begin harvesting arties and scrolls:
Animal Lore 110
Animal Taming 105.5 <--- Never changed from what was needed for hiryu, fiddle with it if you want
Evaluating Intelligence 114.5
Magery 115
Meditation 60
Necromancy 100
Spirit Speak 115
Try and make your suit 100% LRC with as much MR and LMC you can muster. Carry a hearty supply of potions. Get a greater dragon. Get in wraith form.

Do this:
Pre-cast Invisibility
Run into the midst of monsters
When the monsters flag you, say 'all guard me' and target yourself with the invis
Wait a few seconds until everything is attacking your dragon
Pop out with "all stay" two or three times to ensure your dragon obeys and doesn't move
Stand BEHIND your dragon so that no spawn will target you and hold your wither key
Use magery to heal dragon when necessary
Repeat this until the champ is out

I like having a second Mage Stealth Vet character at the spawn to rez my dragon when things go awry. Obviously, the more people you have doing this in your group, the quicker it will be.

Notes:

• I can't solo Neira with this template. RCs take out the GD too quickly. Not sure I've soloed Mephitis with the template, not much incentive there arty-wise over the other spawns. I need FE helping me with his sampire in order to complete Oaks. Aim for under 90 min to solo Destard or Fire.
• If spawn pops up behind you while you are withering, do all you can to get reinvised so the spawn flags your dragon. I often cast protection to pull this invis off.
• When I'm running into spawn with my invis precast and my dragon following, I often run quite a ways to get a whole lot of spawn flagged on me. When I'm about to die, I turn towards to the wall and plant my dragon firmly between the spawn and me. This is usually how I screw up and end up dying when a monster fizzles my invis, but overall it moves the spawn along quicker.
• Feed your dragon when he starts disobeying more
• When doing Oaks, I soulstone Eval out for Resist. If feeling frisky, switch Eval out for SW.

Here's some videos of this method in action. Make sure to change these to 720p when they start playing. It's actually not a very good run, you'll get an idea of how it's done. First time I'd spawned in months and first time since they buffed the difficulty of the AI, so I screwed up a few times. And don't ask me why I was e-bolting Rikktor, I have no excuse.

Great, now practically everyone I run across at the Sleeping Dragon is doing this now. Kinda boring.

Maybe I'll just give in for it, then. Have to cannibalize a couple characters, though. *goes and redeems another couple soulstones*

It works wonderfull, also had to eat a couple of soulstones to fix my tammer

instead of doing this to farm scrolls and artys in t2a, therefore increasing the pvp, people are using it to farm tots in tokuno.

That's the time for average users. I run about 12-15 min. Amateurs can expect 30 min spawns.

Would you mind making a packet video of you doing a spawn? The description above is certainly helpful, but a I'd like to see you in action! 12-15 minutes sounds really dang fast.

yes, sure it is.... i tried the ilsh spawn (oaks)... but got killed many times by those nasty para fairies...

i dont think this is a recomended spawn to try....
