UO Faction qestions

I am going to have factions on my server, but never really got into it myself. So, I have several questions.

1) I can't find where the sigil ball is kept for Minax and Shadow Lords....Do they have one and if so where are they?

2) Brit, Shadow Lords, Council of Mages, and Minax have a join stone. But I can't find the other towns join stones. Do they have one and if so where?

I gues that's all for now.
