UOR Based Shard - Looking for staff!

Hi, I'm currently in the making of an Era accurate UOR shard. But in order to do this I need staff members ranging from spawn creators, event makers, decorators, scripters (important), imaginators! I wish to add some customable things into the shard but nothing that takes away from the UO that we know and love! such as special monsters that are tougher to kill and have better loot, but no special items that give an advantage to PvP or PvM.

Some basic details about the shard and expectations of staff:

4. 700 skill cap
5. 225 stat cap
6. Felluca ONLY

Little Update:

Removed Trammel from moongates
Felucca Changed Season to make map look normal
World Spawn has been added including dungeons
Bod rewards were changed to remove neon colors
1 new monster a golden dragon; a tougher dragon which drops more gold.
Bod deeds are now stealable
Removed Young Status

Many more changes to come need help so far everything has been by myself.

Update:

Developer spot is taken still looking for Admin, Seer and GM's and Counselors. The shard is still under maintenance and before we go live we will enter beta mode for players to get out the little kinks, we are getting very close to beta stage everyday we have been working hard. Here's another little update of what has been added to the shard. We are in need for Web designers as well.

Fixed Starting Point for New Players
Revamped BOD system making it easier for players to fill large bods
Leather/Runebook/Furniture dye tubs have a usage limit now of - 20 and regular dye tub - 100 ( might be changed back to unlimited)
The above Dye tubs (not regular dye tub) were added to Tailor BOD Rewards
Removed Veteran System, no more free items for creating an account and letting it sit.
Added new in-game currency Rhodium which can be traded to a special vendor for special furniture, jewelry and ethereal mounts.
Rhodium will not be available through rl cash or donations, it will be a rare drop on monsters and spawn in chests, rewarding players for going outside of town and playing.
Most items that can be bought with Rhodium are stealable so beware.
All NPC's now have old school blue names rather then yellow.
Every client that connects to the shard will now have the font ascii as default for speech and items, bringing the oldschool feel of uo back.
XMLspawner was added making editing spawns much easier and more customizable
No more player/npc gump menu; everything must be by speech ie. vendor buy, vendor sell, open paperdoll ( double click ), bank etc.

Things to come:
Revamped Smith BOD Rewards
Craftable boats, and buying blueprints from the shipwright instead of outright buying a deed for a boat.
Damage indicator above players and npc ( red fonted numbers = to damage )
Special Shard events, pvp tournaments to be added for easy use by staff.
more PvE special monsters that have better loot.

Update:

New GM was brought aboard staff today! Still looking for a Admin, Seer another GM or two and two counselors! We are fast approaching our goals for the shard and will enter BETA phase once we accomplish all our plans. And we are still looking for a webdesigner!

Here's our little game update

Increased max pets allowed to 8 followers
Regular Dye Tubs now have unlimited usage
Leather/Runebook/Furniture dye tubs are no longer blessed
Added speech command to get BOD from a smith/tailor to "bulk order"
Added a runebook blessing deed
Players will receive message upon finding a rhodium on a monsters corpse
Vendor purchases above 5k gold will cause gold to be taken from bank

Many more things to come! Stay tuned and possibly hop aboard!
