Update to 1.0.14 beta

I can't get OSI server to work, but then again, when i see version of Razor, it's 1.0.13
I tryed getting the latest version on the website but it always just give me 1.0.13 even after i run updater.

Is there a way to get 1.0.14 beta or newer ?? or am i missing out on something ???

if i wireshark normal login is host169.ea.com (63.117.27.169) port 7776 ....
Login.ultimaonline.com is ip (63.117.27.168)

what am i doing wrong ??

use login.ultimaonline.com with port 7776

make sure to check the "Use Osi Encryption" Box above the IP

The only thing i can't get right is the "1.0.14 beta or newer" comment as i have only Razor version 1.0.13.4
even after all updates!!
how do i get this beta version ??

ive downloaded the oldest and the latest version of razor from runUO.com/razor and it keeps sayin "unable to find the client specified". what am i doing wrong?????!
