Because the owner didn't visit for a big while, so there's spider webs everywhere and dust all over the place.
Not sure myself what version it is, as i'm still using 2.0 RC1...
Some people say that ServeUO is a fork of runuo and that's pretty much it.
Should be easy to google it.
