Where does one report issues with forum system

I can't seem to log in using IE9 ... I tried everything. Even tried to log in from here http://www.runuo.com/community/login/

P.S now on chrome, but I want to give up on using chrome due to privacy concerns as well as the adobe flash start up is really pissing me off. Too damn slow.

Privacy concerns with Chrome? Never had an issue with it myself. If it's that slow at start up because of Adobe...I'd suggest grabbing a 64x version of Chrome, should help speed things up a bit. May have to remove/install 64x flash/java though.
