[wipe height
Since I am building a custom world, I often find it frustrating when I mess something up really bad at the top of a building and I have to spend tons of time deleting one tile at a time because I don't want to wipe the whole scruture.
So, I think that a [wipe <height> command should be implemented. The height would determine the bottom of the wipe, so in other words, if you did [wipe 10, then it would wipe anything above the height 10, but nothing below it.
