Would some one tell me how to do this

my serverlist.cs how do i make it correct according to my pc and net
my ip is xxx.xxx.xxx.xx [justuse the (x)'s to show me where to put it in]can u show me an example of what the whole thing looks like.. and do i have to change nething else... the ip and shard name.... what else?

What is your IP address? (contrary to popular beleif, revealing it is not a security risk)
Are you using a proxy server?
Do you have a dynamic or static IP?

Dynamic or static ip? mine changes each time i connect to the net
