If someone has physical access to a server, it's not difficult at all to "steal" what is on the server, including your software.
One particular example, would be to just kill RunUO, delete the accounts/characters datafile, and restart RunUO (thereby generating a new admin account/password). Hiring a professional hosting service, or hosting it yourself would be your safest bet.
Also--keep backups of your scripts and datafiles.

Well... I would say yes, because player A being the host, having all your mul files, and all your custom scripts could simply just copy them onto a NEW install of RunUO, start up his/her own admin acct from it, and close down your server where he/she was only a player, but run the new server which they own and using all of your mul files and custom scripts.... so you'd pretty much still risk being screwed trying it that way =(

they could also edit the account file and remove the

		<accessLevel>Administrator</accessLevel>

from the admin account then go ahead and add it to their account or another account with no characters, then procede to create a character giving them admin access, of course they'd have to drop the shard to do this, otherwise it would overwrite the Accounts.xml file they where editing. They could also delete your account from there too...
