ok i am a complete newb at runuo i just started and i cant find the emulator all i can find is their final and final sourcecode can someone give me a like or file transfer? if any admins could help that would be nice

I'm not sure I understand..

RunUO 1.0.0 IS the 'Real Thing' ..

Choose "RunUO 1.0.0" the one that says "final" under it. This contains all the files you need to setup your emulator. Not sure what else you are looking for.. but this download has it all. Just configure it and start hosting..
